Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: Regent's Park, London
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: £40,000 - £50,000
About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a founder operating through Mavencorp Capital, his family office, and its venture VIXII, a UK-based, lab-grown Polki demi-fine jewellery brand.
This is a fast-moving, dynamic role where no two days look the same. The right candidate must be genuinely comfortable with ambiguity and rapid shifts in priority. You will serve as the first point of contact for the founder's schedule, communications, and day-to-day operations across both Maven Corp and VIXII, working closely with senior team members across the business.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Calendar Management: Managing a complex, shifting calendar across Mavencorp Capital and VIXII, spanning multiple time zones (UK, India, UAE).
- Gatekeeping: Acting as the first responder for emails, calls, and messages, triaging what requires immediate attention versus what can wait.
- Logistics & Travel: Coordinating complex travel, logistics, and meetings, frequently at short notice.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Communicating with team members across VIXII to keep projects moving seamlessly without needing explicit instructions.
- Hybrid Administration: Handling both business and personal admin as needed (this is a true founder-support role, not a standard 9-to-5 corporate position).
- Preparation: Drafting briefing notes, documents, and correspondence.
- Confidentiality: Managing highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Proactive Support: Anticipating the founder's needs before being asked.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
