We have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of a high-growth global business in E-commerce. The CEO/Founder is seeking a trusted right-hand EA partner to bring structure and streamline his working day in a business and personal working capacity. This is a newly created role with real scope to shape and define from the outset.
Working closely with your Boss, you will provide senior-level administrative, organisational, and operational support in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Acting as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and ambassador, you will help streamline priorities, anticipate challenges, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of a fast-growing company. We are seeking a dynamic, highly experienced EA with a proven track record, ideally in E Commerce or the wellness industry supporting C-suite executives and/or a Founder. Candidates should be tech-savvy with a strong interest and practical capability in AI tools, enabling them to work more efficiently and free up time through automation and smart workflows. Completion of an AI-related course or certification would be considered an advantage.

You’ll be entrusted with sensitive information, relied upon in high-pressure situations, and expected to operate with discretion, resilience, and impeccable judgment. This position would suit a high energy EA with solid experience supporting a founder or senior executive in a fast-paced and fast-growing sector. This is a really exciting and one-off opportunity for an exemplary EA to join an extremely successful brand with a wonderful team and inspiring and talented boss.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level administrative, organisational, and operational support in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Act as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and ambassador for the CEO/Founder.
- Streamline priorities, anticipate challenges, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years supporting a CEO/Founder or Entrepreneur as an EA or Private PA within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a Founder who is new to working with an EA.
- Confidence to shape the role, demonstrate value, and build a strong, trusted partnership over time.
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest and practical capability in AI tools.
- Completion of an AI-related course or certification is considered an advantage.
