Executive Assistant to Managing Director
White City, London | Hybrid - 3 days in the office | Up to £60,000 + benefits
We're partnering with one of the world's most recognisable and loved premium consumer brands to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant to Managing Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, highly polished EA who is accustomed to providing high-touch, trusted support to a senior executive and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The successful candidate may come from a private household, UHNW, family office EA background. What matters most is your ability to anticipate needs, exercise excellent judgement and operate with complete discretion, while managing a complex and constantly evolving workload.
Working closely with the MD, you'll become a genuine right hand, providing proactive support across diary management, travel, meetings, communications and a range of ad hoc priorities. You'll be someone who naturally thinks several steps ahead, understands how the MD likes to operate and takes ownership of making things happen.
This is a role for an EA who enjoys being close to the action, is comfortable with pace and ambiguity, and takes real pride in delivering an exceptionally high standard of support.
What you'll be doing
You'll have a broad and varied remit, including:
- Managing a complex and fast-moving diary, constantly balancing competing priorities and ensuring the MD's time is used effectively.
- Anticipating potential clashes, changes and challenges before they arise, proactively identifying solutions and keeping the MD one step ahead.
- Coordinating senior-level internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, presentations and follow-up actions.
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading presentations, reports, correspondence and highly confidential documentation.
- Taking ownership of complex UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers and detailed itineraries.
- Managing last-minute changes and unexpected travel or diary requirements calmly and efficiently.
- Managing expenses accurately and ensuring all submissions are completed promptly through the company's expense management system.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, colleagues, clients and external partners.
- Acting as a highly polished and professional gatekeeper, using sound judgement around access, priorities and confidential information.
- Working closely with the wider EA team to ensure seamless support across the Executive Leadership Team.
- Supporting the MD with ad hoc personal or business-related requirements where appropriate, using initiative and discretion.
- Taking ownership of additional projects and initiatives where your organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills can add value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Experience managing complex international travel and detailed itineraries.
- Excellent judgement and the confidence to make decisions and find solutions independently.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without becoming flustered, even when plans change at short notice.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a consistently high standard of work.
