Are you an ambitious Executive Assistant looking to build your career within a world-class investment environment?
We're partnering with one of the world's most respected hedge funds to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a team of 2-3 Portfolio Managers. Working at the heart of a fast-paced investment team, you'll play a critical role in keeping highly successful investors organised, connected and focused on performance.
This role sits within an international platform spanning London and the UAE, making it particularly attractive for candidates who enjoy working across global teams. Individuals with a long-term interest in relocation will find the exposure especially exciting.
We're particularly interested in EAs who have experience supporting front-office professionals and exposure to corporate access, investor roadshows, conferences, management meetings or investor relations activities.
The Role
You'll act as a trusted business partner to a team of Portfolio Managers, ensuring seamless coordination of complex schedules and helping maximise their effectiveness in a highly dynamic environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel
- Managing roadshows, corporate access meetings and investor conferences
- Scheduling meetings with company management teams, analysts, investors and external stakeholders
- Coordinating earnings calls, conference attendance and investment-related events
- Managing meeting logistics and ensuring smooth execution of busy schedules
- Processing expenses and supporting day-to-day administrative requirements
- Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Supporting project work and wider team initiatives as required
- Building strong relationships across investment, operations and support teams globally

About You
You'll be someone who:
- Has a minimum of 3 years' Executive Assistant experience
- Has supported senior stakeholders within financial services, asset management, private equity, hedge funds or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Ideally has experience coordinating corporate access, roadshows, management meetings, conferences or investor relations activity
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Can confidently manage competing priorities and navigate last-minute changes
- Builds strong relationships and quickly becomes a trusted business partner
- Demonstrates excellent judgement, discretion and professionalism
- Takes pride in being proactive, solutions-focused and consistently one step ahead
- European language skills would be a significant advantage.

Location: Central London
Hours: Approximately 07:30-17:30 with flexibility required
