Job Title
Our client is a growing, privately owned financial services organisation seeking to appoint an accomplished Executive Assistant to support its CEO.
About the Role
This is a broad and trusted role at the heart of a small, entrepreneurial business. The successful individual will provide high-quality executive support to the CEO while also helping to keep the wider organisation connected, organised and operating effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The role will include:
- Managing a complex and changing diary, balancing internal priorities, client meetings and external commitments
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Preparing for Board and senior management meetings, including compiling and circulating papers
- Producing high-quality presentations, reports and correspondence
- Organising internal and external events, client dinners and business functions
- Acting as a professional and trusted point of contact for clients, including high-net-worth individuals
- Liaising confidently with senior colleagues, advisers and other external contacts
- Monitoring actions and ensuring that commitments are followed through
- Providing broader organisational support as the business continues to grow

Key Requirements
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. You will be polished and credible when dealing with senior and high-net-worth individuals, while remaining approachable and able to build trusted relationships across the organisation.

- Exceptional discretion, sound judgement and attention to detail will be essential.
- You will anticipate what needs to be done, remain calm when priorities change and take ownership without needing close direction.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience supporting a CEO, founder, principal or other senior executive would be valuable. Experience within financial services, professional services, investment, private wealth, a family office or another high-touch client environment may be helpful, but is not essential.
