Team Draftr | Oxford (hybrid) | Part-time, 20 hrs/week | 6-month fixed-term contract

Draftr is a new early-stage AI division of Enistic building a team of AI employees: intelligent agents that handle real business functions like credit control, recruitment, sales and more. Every agent drafts its work for a human to approve, so nothing goes out without someone pressing Send. The product is live, we're growing, and we're looking for someone to work right alongside our founder.
What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on, varied role spanning the whole business. On any given week you might be:
- Supporting the founder across day-to-day operations and bigger-picture priorities
- Testing our AI agents (including Steve, our cash collection agent) and feeding back to improve the product
- Creating content for our social channels and supporting our online presence
- Helping new clients get set up and started with Draftr
- Supporting sales outreach and follow-up to grow our customer base
- Helping keep the Draftr website up to date
- Rolling with a mix of operational and admin tasks as the business evolves
You'll work directly with the founder and have real visibility across everything. Draftr is a small, ambitious team — you won't be siloed into one function, and you'll be in the room (or on the call) for the things that matter.
What we're looking for
- Tech-literate and genuinely confident with digital tools — you pick up new software quickly and enjoy it
- Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day (as a user, not a developer — no coding needed)
- Strong written communication — clear, professional and able to adapt your tone
- Organised and self-directed, able to manage your own time across varied work
- Early in your career (0–2 years' experience). A degree isn't required, but we'll want to see drive and curiosity

Requirements

- Genuinely confident with digital tools — you pick up new software fast and enjoy it
- Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day as a user (no coding required)
- Clear, professional written communication, and you can shift your tone to fit — useful when you're testing agents like Steve, our cash collection agent, or drafting social content
- Organised and self-directed, able to juggle varied tasks across operations, onboarding and outreach without close supervision
- 0–2 years' experience; a degree isn't required, but you'll want to show drive and curiosity

About Team Draftr
Draftr builds AI virtual employees — ready-to-hire specialists like Alex the PA, Claire in HR, Steve in Finance, Sophie in Recruitment and Peter in Lead Generation — for UK service businesses of roughly 20–100 people. Every agent drafts its work for a human to approve, whether that's an email reply, a payment chase, an interview or outreach, so nothing goes out until someone presses Send.
What makes it hang together is one shared Company Brain: the agents know the business, its customers and each other's work, so nothing has to be re-explained. The product is live and we're growing.
This role sits right next to the founder, so you'll have visibility across the whole business rather than being tucked into one function. It's a small, ambitious team where you'll be in the room for the decisions that matter.
