📍 Central London | Hybrid
💰 £45,000–£50,000 + Benefits
Some Executive Assistant roles are all about diary management. This isn't one of them.
We're working with an award-winning creative business looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become the trusted right hand to three founders. It's a varied, high-profile role where you'll help keep an ambitious, fast-moving business running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll be supporting three very different personalities, bringing calm to busy schedules, creating structure where it's needed, and making sure everything from international travel to studio operations runs seamlessly.
If you're the sort of EA who loves bringing order to organised chaos, enjoys anticipating what people need before they ask, and takes real pride in making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
