Role Overview
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to our General Manager to join Hogs Haven at a pretty exciting point in its story. This isn't a traditional EA role, and it's not simply about managing a diary.
Responsibilities
You'll work closely with the General Manager while also providing practical PA support to our Directors across Facilities, Finance, People & Culture, Concierge, Golf, Agronomy, and Hospitality. With so much happening as we prepare for opening, you'll be right at the heart of keeping things moving.
- Coordinating travel and a complex diary
- Organising a meeting, sorting logistics for a visiting team, connecting two departments or simply figuring out how to make something happen

This isn't a gatekeeper role. We want someone who helps people get things done, someone who becomes trusted by the General Manager and wider leadership team because they are reliable, switched-on, discreet, and always thinking one step ahead.

Joining Us
You'll be joining before opening, when there is still plenty to organise, solve, and put in place. Once we're open, the focus will shift from getting ready to doing what we do brilliantly, and you'll have an important role in making that happen.

Compensation
Salary - £38k-£42k plus performance bonus
