πŸš€ Executive Assistant to our Senior Leadership Team

We're a stealth-mode company sitting at the intersection of AI and Education, backed by a team building something genuinely new in EdTech. (This search is being run by Flylane on our behalf, but the role is not for Flylane.)

We're looking for an exceptional EA to support our senior leadership team, specifically our CEO, CPO and COO. You'll flex across all three of us depending on what's needed, and occasionally that might include a bit of personal support for our CEO too.

What you'll actually do

Honestly? Whatever needs doing. This is not a "that's not in my job description" kind of role. Some of what's on your plate:

  • πŸ’° Supporting with finances, budgets and general bookkeeping admin
  • πŸ“ High level admin across the business
  • πŸ“ Contracts and paperwork
  • πŸ’· Salaries and payroll admin
  • πŸ“… Scheduling and calendar management across three very full diaries
  • βœ‰οΈ Email management, and sometimes writing and sending emails on our behalf
  • 🀝 Representing us well, including with investors, when we need someone else in the room or on the call
  • ✈️ Occasional travel -...and anything else that comes up. If you spot something that needs doing before we've even asked, even better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
