Executive Assistant to the Trust Leader (CEO) and Compliance Officer
Grade 10 SCP 23-26 (£36,621 - £40,458)
We are looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive, and values-driven individual to support our Trust Leader (CEO) as Executive Assistant and act as Compliance Officer.
You will be providing high-level, confidential, and proactive executive support to the Trust Leader, while also contributing to Trust-wide governance, compliance, and assurance.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate priorities
- Has excellent communication and attention to detail
- Can exercise sound judgement and handle sensitive information with complete discretion
- Is confident working with senior leaders, trustees, governors, and external stakeholders
- Can manage competing priorities and see actions through to completion
- Shares our commitment to integrity, collaboration, inclusion, and helping children and young people flourish
