Executive Assistant
West End, London | £45,000–£55,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)
We are partnering with a globally recognised private equity firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to join one of its front-office investment teams.
Supporting a Managing Director alongside Vice Presidents and Directors, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Executive Assistant or Team Assistant looking to further their career within private equity. You'll become an integral part of a high-performing investment team, providing seamless support whilst gaining exposure to the pace and complexity of a leading investment environment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop into a true business partner. You'll work alongside an experienced Executive Assistant team who will provide support and guidance as you continue to develop your career.
The Role
- Providing Executive Assistant support to a Managing Director alongside Vice Presidents and Directors within the investment team.
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Arranging domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Coordinating investor meetings, portfolio company meetings, internal committees, off-sites and wider team events.
- Managing expenses and providing seamless day-to-day administrative support.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and Executive Assistants across the wider business.
- Monitoring priorities, anticipating scheduling conflicts and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Supporting wider team initiatives and projects as required.
- Working collaboratively with the Executive Assistant team to provide support and cover when needed.

About You
- Previous Executive Assistant or Team Assistant experience gained within private equity, investment management, asset management, investment banking, professional services or another fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders with demanding and changing priorities.
- Strong diary management, travel coordination and organisational skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the confidence to use your initiative.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building strong working relationships.
- Keen to develop your career within a front-office investment environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
