Executive Assistant to Project Director, Director of Exterior Design & Head of Interior Design

RWD is searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Project Director, Director of Exterior Design and Head of Interior Design within our award‑winning yacht design studio.

You’ll provide proactive, high‑level administrative and organisational support — managing diaries, monitoring email communication, preparing action lists and helping maintain clear priorities across fast‑moving project and departmental workflows. You’ll anticipate needs, support meeting preparation, coordinate travel and help ensure communication flows smoothly between senior leaders, internal teams and external partners.

This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion and attention to detail. As RWD serves ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, you’ll uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality and service. Flexibility is essential, with occasional out‑of‑hours availability and international travel required.

How You'll Help Shape Our Projects

  • Manage diaries, schedules and meeting coordination for senior leaders
  • Monitor email communication and respond on behalf of the Principals where appropriate
  • Prepare weekly action lists and support the progression of priorities
  • Maintain awareness of project milestones and company activities
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners and clients
  • Work closely with the wider support team to ensure seamless diary alignment
  • Support travel arrangements, presentations and follow‑ups
  • Build strong relationships with clients, shipyards, brokers and partners
  • Facilitate clear communication between senior leaders and the wider team
  • Manage ad hoc requests with professionalism and discretion

The Skills You’ll Bring

  • Experience in executive support, project coordination or similar organisational roles
  • Strong IT capability, particularly MS Office; InDesign experience is beneficial
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Professional, confident and friendly approach
  • Ability to use initiative while knowing when to seek guidance
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Eligible to work in the UK
