Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. About the Team
Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports & entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.
Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our President, International. Based in London, this is a full-time, on-site role working five days per week from our London office.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the heart of our growing international business. Working closely with the President, International, you’ll operate across multiple markets and time zones, helping to connect priorities, people, and activity across a fast-moving global organization.

You’ll manage a complex and dynamic calendar, coordinate frequent international travel, handle expenses, and help ensure the President is focused on the highest-impact priorities. Beyond exceptional organization, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates what’s needed before being asked, and can confidently navigate changing priorities with discretion, judgment, and agility.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys being close to the business, working with senior leaders across markets, and playing an important role in helping an international organization operate at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar across multiple time zones, balancing meetings, travel, preparation time, and business priorities.
- Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, itineraries, visas, and last-minute changes.
- Prepare and submit expenses accurately and on time, maintaining clear records and following company policies.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior executives, regional leaders, employees, and external partners across the international business.
- Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, off-sites, and other key events, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare presentations, briefing documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Track key actions and deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and help ensure priorities move forward.
- Anticipate the President's needs, identify scheduling or logistical issues early, and resolve them with minimal direction.
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants and teams across the global business to coordinate schedules, travel, and leadership activity.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Provide broader administrative and project support as required in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of experience providing executive support, ideally within a fast-paced, global technology or consumer organization.
- Experience supporting a C-suite or equivalent senior executive, with regular exposure to the most senior leaders in a business.
- Strong calendar management and international travel coordination experience.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Proactive and agile approach, with the judgment to make decisions, solve problems, and respond calmly when plans change.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Comfort working across cultures, countries, and time zones in a global organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Fluent English; additional languages are helpful but not required.
Working Requirements
- Based in London and able to work on-site five days per week.
- Able and willing to travel regularly, including internationally.
- Flexibility to support urgent matters outside standard working hours when needed due to travel and global time zones.
