Role Description

The Executive Assistant role at Monte Laguna Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Hastings. This role provides comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence and presentations. The Executive Assistant will organize and track expense reports, maintain files and records, and assist with meeting logistics and follow-up actions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone and email communications, prioritizing requests, supporting project coordination, and ensuring the executive’s time is used efficiently. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as document preparation, filing, and office organization.
  • Candidates should possess experience managing Expense Reports and basic budgeting or financial tracking tasks.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications include proficiency with productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools), strong time-management abilities, and a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in hospitality or a related industry, and a secondary or post-secondary qualification in business, administration, or a comparable field are beneficial.

Additional information

  • Occasional site visits to stores across the UK may be required; therefore, a driving licence and own vehicle would be advantageous.
  • This role is based full-time at our head office in Chertsey.
