Executive Assistant to a Senior Leadership Team
Central London Based
4 x Days a week office based, 1 x Day at home

The Role:
I'm partnering with a fast-paced, high-performing company to find an EA to join their existing EA in supporting a senior leadership team spread across multiple international time zones. It's a genuinely collaborative role - you'll work in partnership with the current EA, sharing coverage and priorities.
This is a broad, varied role. Day to day you'll be dealing with:
- Calendar and meeting management
- Coordinating complex international travel
- Helping the leadership team stay focused on what matters most - managing their priorities and any diary conflicts
- Admin, expenses and systems
- Cross-functional work with people ops and compliance

Who they're looking for:
- Someone highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail
- Used to juggling multiple senior stakeholders at once and can flex their style to suit very different personalities
- A resourceful problem-solver who's comfortable operating with ambiguity, making calls quickly and following up for context later
- Confidentiality is non-negotiable
- Extensive travel coordination experience - multi-leg across multiple time zones

- Significant EA experience in a high-performance environment
- Supporting senior leadership across multiple stakeholders at once
Tech-wise, you should be comfortable with tools like:
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- Asana
Experience with AI tools is a bonus but not essential.
