🌟 Executive Assistant to CEO & CFO 🌟
8-Month FTC – ASAP Start | City, London | Salary DOE | Hybrid 3/2
A brilliant opportunity for an up-and-coming PA/EA looking to take that all-important next step into C-Suite support with a highly reputable and successful financial services firm in the City of London.
I am looking for someone with circa 4–5 years’ PA/EA experience gained within Financial Services who has built strong foundations supporting senior individuals and is now ready for greater exposure, responsibility, and progression.
Supporting the CEO & CFO, this is a broad and varied role within a highly collaborative environment, combining classic executive support with wider operational, office, and administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved beyond the traditional EA remit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
