About Our Client
A company operating in the Financial Services sector based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and organise correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Assist in organising events and team activities as required.
- Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
