Executive Assistant | 12-month FTC

Location: Central London (2 days working from home)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Our client, a leading executive search business, is looking to hire two Float EAs on an initial 12-month contract. In a fast-paced and evolving business, these roles will suit adaptable, proactive, and hardworking EAs who can hit the ground running. Providing flexible support across a variety of practice areas, you will need to build relationships quickly, navigate changing priorities, and seamlessly support different consultants when required.

About the Role:

Provide high-level administrative support to consultants, ensuring projects run smoothly

  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange international travel
  • Proofread and produce documents, including presentations and engagement letters
  • Oversee billing and account management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist with office-related tasks, including basic IT troubleshooting

About You:

  • Experience within executive search is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Proactive, articulate, and always one step ahead
