Exciting Opportunity for a Dynamic Executive Assistant
A wonderful opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant with experience managing client projects to join a boutique management consultancy specialising in leadership development and board consulting.
Role Overview
As EA/Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders with an impressive client base, a dynamic team, and a thriving business opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Support two senior Consultants with their diaries, logistics including international travel, and day-to-day administration.
- Be part of a close-knit team to ensure that the business is operating effectively and at the highest level.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients and participants in the programmes.
- Work with C-suite and business leaders in this capacity; a confident and articulate communicator is required.
- Deal with all logistics and project management for the client.

Requirements
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an essay-based subject.
- Experience
- Experience in coordinating client-facing projects which include complex scheduling across multiple time zones and locations and with many components.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent proofreading skills.
- Culturally sensitive and have a great eye for detail to ensure communication is clear and also that unusual names are spelt correctly, etc.
