Are you an organised individual who enjoys providing high level executive support? Do you enjoy coordinating events, diary management and providing travel support?
At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive PA to join our HQ team working remotely to the UK.
Hours of work – 20 hours a week, this can be done throughout the week and flexible up to the successful candidate on how they split this.
Place of work – remote to the UK, ideally placed in London, to understand the location and support with coordinating bookings based in London.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our HQ team, you will provide confidential, high level administrative and organisational support to the executive team!
Some key responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate conference calls.
- Organise conferences, offsite events and internal team meetings.
- Arrange national and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Be a system administrator for our internal travel system supporting employees globally in making and approving travel requests. Liaise externally with third part providers such as Egencia or Concur, financial and legal advisors etc as required.
- Record, process and monitor expense claims.

- To succeed as an executive PA, you will have proven experience working as an Executive Assistant/ PA for C-suite executives and offering board support.
- As well as experience coordinating events, meetings and complex travel arrangements. You will have communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to ensure tasks are communicated effectively and done effectively.
