ABOUT US

We don't mean to brag... but we’re an award-winning place to work!

Mi PA provides Virtual PA and Reception services to businesses of all sizes, but we’re not just virtual assistants. Over the last decade, we’ve carved out a niche as the ultimate support service, delivering a world-class experience built on passion, trust, and intelligence.

Our mission is simple: to be the number one support company for growing businesses.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE

An environment we’re proud of: we’re a close-knit team of 40 passionate professionals (plus an office dog – the real boss). It’s a fast-paced, ever-growing environment where we believe work should be enjoyable as well as rewarding.

Genuine career growth: We’re committed to team development and offer regular training, career progression, and new opportunities as the business grows. You’ll have clear guidance, achievable goals, and a genuine place to thrive.

Your own team: You’ll have your own dedicated assistants, who you’ll lead, manage, and quality control. They’ll handle much of the day-to-day admin so you can focus on managing clients strategically. You’ll set their priorities, oversee their work, and own the results.

Perks and benefits: a competitive starting salary of £30,000–£35,000 (with a yearly review), a full health & wellbeing suite including priority GP access, extra holidays for every year of service, an extra holiday for your birthday, and all the usual things like discounts on everything from gyms to cinema tickets, with loyalty rewards that only get better over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Mi PA believes extraordinary people are at the centre of every successful business – and that’s where you come in. As part of our Executive Support team, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, not by simply completing their to-do lists, but by owning outcomes. You’ll act as a strategic partner, project manager, and trusted adviser – helping clients streamline their lives and business, create headspace, and focus on what truly matters.

Every client relationship starts with the exceptional service our team provides – and that begins with you. You’ll have up to two assistants supporting you, but you’ll own the outcomes, leading your team with clear communication, structured project management, and high standards.

In practice, that means:

  • Acting as your clients’ project manager – planning priorities, managing timelines, and coordinating deliverables.
  • Overseeing your assistants’ work to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Yes, you’ll complete hands-on tasks as any good EA does, but your true value lies in driving progress, creating accountability, and keeping your clients on track. Many of our clients are visionaries – full of ideas, short on structure – and they rely on you to bring order, clarity, and follow-through.
  • Acting as a strategic partner, not just support – understanding what your clients really need, not just what they ask for.
  • Confidently managing boundaries and priorities to protect your clients’ time and ensure every decision adds genuine value.
  • Anticipating needs, spotting risks, and ensuring that goals are met timely.

At Mi PA, success isn’t measured by how many tasks you complete. It’s measured by the impact you create and the results your clients feel.

IS THIS ROLE FOR ME?

If you’re nodding along to the below, we’d love to meet you.

  • You’re driven by results, not activity – you want to make a real difference, not just tick things off a list.
  • You’re a natural leader and organiser, who enjoys taking ownership, owning results, and seeing projects through.
  • You’re confident keeping clients accountable – helping them stay focused, prioritised, and moving forward.
  • You bring structure to chaos and thrive in helping others stay on track.
  • You’re reliable, dependable, and resilient.
  • You’re proactive – you don’t wait to be told, you find solutions.
  • You’re confident using Office 365, managing email, scheduling, and travel.
