Executive Assistant – Corporate Affairs
£45,000 | City of London | 2 Days in Office | 9am–5pm

We’re recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a leading membership organisation in the City, supporting Directors and the wider Corporate Affairs team.

This is a varied, hands-on EA role where you’ll help keep a busy team organised and running smoothly. Alongside diary and meeting management, you’ll support team administration, governance and committee activity, projects, events and day-to-day coordination across the department.

It would suit an experienced EA who enjoys being part of a team, is naturally organised and proactive, and is happy taking ownership of the detail.

The Role

  • Managing Director diaries, meetings and changing priorities.
  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring papers, attendees, rooms and logistics are organised.
  • Preparing and distributing agendas, papers and supporting documentation.
  • Supporting governance and committee administration, including schedules, records and meeting preparation.
  • Acting as a point of contact for colleagues, members and external stakeholders.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation when required.
  • Managing expenses, purchase orders, invoices and departmental spend.
  • Supporting projects, internal communications, recruitment activity and corporate events.
  • Taking minutes and tracking actions for ad hoc meetings and workstreams.
  • Providing wider administrative support to the Corporate Affairs team and helping ensure the department runs efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
