Administrative Business Partner | London | 11-month contract
I’m recruiting an Administrative Business Partner for a leading global technology company. This is a varied role supporting executives and their teams with complex scheduling, travel, events and the smooth running of their office.
📍 London: Hybrid, on site Tuesday to Thursday
📅 Start date: 2 November 2026
💷 Rate: £26.92 per hour plus holiday pay
⏳ Duration: 11 months
What you’ll be doing
- Managing busy calendars across time zones, resolving conflicts and helping leaders make the best use of their time.
- Coordinating travel, expenses, invoices and purchase orders.
- Preparing meetings, agendas and materials, and keeping the details on track.
- Organising team events, off-sites and site activities that bring people together.
- Working with internal teams on office space needs and small to medium-sized projects.

What we’re looking for
You’ll have strong experience in executive or team administration, particularly calendar management, travel coordination, expenses and events. You’ll be organised, confident working through changing priorities and comfortable building relationships across a business. Sound judgment and discretion are essential: you’ll be trusted with confidential information and expected to take ownership of your work.
