EA Role in Investor Relations

Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
Working hours: 9 to 17:30
Salary: up to £65,000 & 20% Bonus
Supporting: 2 MD & 1 Project Manager

In this position, you will act as a key support pillar for our IR function, optimizing operations and managing executive time. You will:

  • Manage complex diaries and resolve scheduling conflicts for Relationship Managers.
  • Coordinate high-profile local and global events, from investor dinners to international conferences.
  • Oversee extensive travel arrangements, tracking fast-moving itineraries and visa applications.
  • Partner with the IR Operations Manager on critical ad-hoc projects and CRM data maintenance.
