About the Client:

A successful investment management firm, with offices worldwide. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their growing London team!

About the Executive Assistant role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading investment firm. This is a unique, dual role which combines EA support to a group of executives, with management of a small team of Executive Assistants. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Complex diary management, across multiple time zones
  • Line managing a team of Executive Assistants, providing ongoing coaching and guidance
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparing materials for meetings and conferences
  • Additional administrative responsibilities, as required

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous executive assistant experience is essential; financial services experience is preferred
  • Some prior line management experience is highly desirable
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive, able to work well independently
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
