Executive Assistant - 2-Month Contract

Location: South-West London - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Contract: 2-month minimum, with potential to extend

Day Rate: £250-£300 per day via Umbrella company

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Start Date: ASAP - applicants can have a maximum 1 weeks' notice

Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant on an initial 2-month contract, with the potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive EA to join a collaborative team of five EAs, supporting senior executives through a period of significant organisational transformation.

The Role

You will provide high-level executive support to the COO and CPO, taking ownership of complex diary management, international travel coordination and day-to-day executive administration.

The role will suit an EA who is highly detail-focused, proactive and confident operating as a trusted and diplomatic gatekeeper for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate multiple C-suite calendars across different time zones.
  • Coordinate international travel to the USA and India, working closely with the dedicated Travel Coordinator.
  • Liaise effectively with executives, other EAs and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Act as a professional and diplomatic gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Identify potential diary conflicts, cancellations and changes proactively, ensuring stakeholders are kept fully informed.
  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including meeting coordination, minute taking and general administration.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider EA team to maintain a consistent and highly responsive support function.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising competing demands and responding quickly to changing requirements.

About You

We're looking for an experienced EA who can hit the ground running and immediately provide high-quality support.

The three key qualities are:

  • Exceptional attention to detail - you will spot the small things others might miss and proactively ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Proactive and "on the ball" - you will anticipate requirements, stay ahead of your executives and confidently manage competing priorities.
  • Gravitas, integrity, discretion and executive presence - you'll have the gravitas to operate confidently with C-suite stakeholders and act as a trusted gatekeeper.

Required Experience:

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior/C-suite executives.
  • Strong diary management and international travel coordination experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, complex and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The confidence and judgement to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong minute-taking and broader executive administration skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively alongside other EAs and support functions.
  • Immediate availability, with a maximum one-week notice period.

What's on Offer?

  • £250-£300 per day via Umbrella company, dependent on experience.

  • Hybrid working - 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.
  • Working hours of 8:30am-5:00pm, with no regular evening or late-night calls.
