Salary: £55,000–£75,000, dependent on experience
Location: City of London
Sector: Technology
Size of company: Approximately 23 employees
Working Pattern/Hybrid: Five days per week in the office

The Opportunity

C&C Search is recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant to Founders for a successful, profitable and ambitious technology business in the City of London.

This is a high-impact Executive Assistant to Founders position supporting two Founders while also helping the wider office and business operate brilliantly. You will become a trusted partner who anticipates requirements, protects the Founders’ time, takes ownership and makes things happen behind the scenes.

Company culture and what makes them great to work for

With approximately 23 employees, this is a collaborative, supportive and low-ego environment with exceptionally high standards. The company is growing, priorities can change quickly and established processes may not always exist. You could be optimising a complex Founder diary in the morning, resolving an office issue at lunchtime and coordinating an important project that afternoon.

The successful Executive Assistant to Founders will find this energising. You will enjoy spotting what needs attention, developing practical solutions and taking responsibility without waiting for detailed instructions. The culture will suit someone confident but not arrogant, polished but not overly corporate, and highly capable without needing recognition or status.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
