Department: General and Administration

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: London, UK

Description

Reporting to the Senior EA to the CEO, you will support three C-suite leaders across Technology, Product and Customer Experience. Two are based remotely in Europe, and one is UK-based with regular time in the London office. You will work closely with the Senior EA, with autonomy to manage your own priorities, use your judgement, and ask for help or escalation when needed.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-level support to C-suite leaders, helping them stay focused, prepared, and effective in a busy global environment.
  • Manage complex diaries, priorities, and competing demands with sound judgement and strategic lens.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, anticipating needs, spotting risks, and keeping leaders focused on high-impact work.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, materials, actions, and follow-up so priorities keep moving.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and support clear, professional communication across a global organisation.
  • Prepare and review documents, briefings, updates, and communications for leadership discussions and decisions.
  • Plan domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries, time zones, and last minute changes.
  • Support global ways of working, including occasional early or late meetings for international teams or travelling executives.
  • Coordinate team meetings, offsites, leadership sessions and hackathons, including logistics and follow-up.
  • Partner with the Senior EA to the CEO, provide cover during periods of leave and help improve EA ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
