Up to £65,000 + Hybrid Working + Incredible Culture

We're partnering with a high-growth health and wellness brand to find an EA / Office Manager to support their Founder & CEO and COO.

This is not your typical EA role.

If you love being at the center of a business, enjoy bringing order to chaos and want to work somewhere where people genuinely enjoy coming to work, this could be the perfect opportunity. The business is growing quickly, has a fantastic reputation and is full of passionate, down-to-earth people who care deeply about what they do. The culture is collaborative, supportive and family-oriented, with a real focus on trust, flexibility and enjoying the journey together.

The Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to support for the Founder and COO, helping them stay organised, focused and one step ahead. Alongside executive support, you'll get involved in projects, operations, events, people initiatives and helping the business run smoothly as it continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
