Executive Associate to the CEO & Strategic Communications Head Office | European Travel | Full Time
Want a front-row seat to how a leading hotel group is run?
It's an opportunity for a bright, commercially minded graduate or early-career professional to work directly alongside our CEO and Strategic Communications team, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making, business strategy, communications, operations, and leadership across a growing European hotel portfolio.
You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. From supporting board-level meetings and analysing business performance to shaping strategic communications and driving projects forward, you'll become an integral part of how our business operates.
If you're naturally curious, highly organised, comfortable with technology and AI, and excited by the idea of learning directly from senior leaders, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Be the CEO's Trusted Right Hand
- Manage a fast-moving diary, travel arrangements, meetings and priorities.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, site visits and events across Europe.
- Ensure actions are followed through and delivered.

Turn Information into Insight
- Analyse business performance data and market trends.
- Support the creation of board packs, reports and presentations.
- Research new opportunities and provide recommendations.
Shape Business Communications
- Draft CEO briefings, key messages and leadership communications.
- Create compelling presentations for investors, boards and stakeholders.
- Work closely with our Strategic Communications team on business-wide initiatives.
Drive Projects Forward
- Track strategic projects across Operations, Finance, People & Development and Communications.
- Champion the use of AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Keep multiple workstreams moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What You'll Bring

- Degree educated, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications or a related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Confidence working with data, reports, PowerPoint and modern digital tools.
- A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities.
- Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience within hospitality is helpful but not essential.
