Executive Business Planner
Initial 12 Month Contract - Extendable
Victoria, South West London – Initially 5 days per week in office but hybrid working set up available soon after
Oil & Gas sector
An Executive Business Planner is required to work for a large Oil & Gas operator on a newly formed Joint Venture based in South West London.
As the Executive Business Planner, you will have experience of working in the Energy/ Upstream Oil & Gas sector across similar roles such as Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, track actions and follow up on key decisions.
- Develop high-quality presentations, reports, briefing papers and executive communications for the CEO and Leadership Team.
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring effective planning, coordination and document management.
- Track decisions and follow up on agreed actions to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in preparing briefing documents, reports and executive summaries.

Qualifications/ experience
- Experience in executive support, business coordination, project coordination or similar roles.
- Familiarity with oil and gas/ upstream industry.
- Experience supporting senior executives and managing executive meetings, documentation and follow-up activities.
- Strong experience in preparing presentations, reports and executive materials.
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments is preferred.
