Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Taunton is responsible for supporting the successful operation of a hospitality venue within the Valor Hospitality Partners portfolio. The role involves delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and following operational procedures to ensure a smooth day-to-day guest experience. Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams
- Handling guest inquiries
- Assisting with reservations or event setups
- Supporting the implementation of brand standards and service protocols
The individual will work closely with team members and leadership to meet performance goals, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and uphold Valor’s commitment to innovative, guest-centric hospitality.

Qualifications
- Guest service and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Operational and organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management, and reliability in executing daily tasks.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on supporting colleagues and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Basic hospitality, food and beverage, or hotel operations knowledge; prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Taunton on a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant vocational training or education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
