Up to £64,000 + Paid Overtime + Excellent Benefits

This is a client-facing leadership role where your ability to build strong relationships, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding food experiences will be just as important as your culinary expertise. Working within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, you will be the culinary figurehead on site, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure every service exceeds expectations.
Following significant investment and expansion, the kitchen now operates with increased production, an enhanced hospitality offering, and a growing brigade. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Executive Chef who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering excellence.

- Lead a large-scale contract catering operation across both staff dining and premium hospitality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, becoming the trusted culinary lead on site.
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience, ensuring every event reflects the highest culinary standards.
- Collaborate with senior hospitality and operational teams to deliver seamless service.
- Present monthly food concepts, seasonal menus, and innovation sessions directly to clients.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a growing brigade of 15 chefs, creating a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.
- Drive consistency, quality, and operational efficiency across a high-volume production environment.
- Respond confidently to changing client requirements, providing creative, solution-focused outcomes.
- Maintain the highest food safety, compliance, and financial standards while continuously improving the operation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
