Executive Chef Manager - Hertfordshire - £45k - TERM TIME ONLY
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Executive Chef Manager for a state school based near Elstree.
My client is one of the leading independently owned caterers in the education sector and are recruiting for a large senior school, with the kitchen catering for close to 1000 covers daily. As the Executive Chef Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 6 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs, whilst really driving the food offering forward.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge
- Currently at Chef Manager or Executive Chef Manager level
- Have a proven background within Contract Catering
- A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures
- Fantastic knowledge of all allergen processes
- Used to working with fresh ingredients and up to date with the latest high street food trends
