Executive Chef - Lead Culinary Excellence at Pennyhill Park
Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is one of the UK's most renowned luxury hotels and spas. As our Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind the culinary success of the estate, leading a talented brigade across multiple dining experiences, championing innovation and excellence, and ensuring every dish reflects the exceptional standards Pennyhill Park is renowned for.

Key Responsibilities
Our Executive Chef will:
- Provide inspirational leadership across all kitchen operations, creating an environment where teams thrive and perform at their best.
- Develop and evolve exciting seasonal menus that showcase exceptional ingredients, creativity and craftsmanship.
- Drive consistency, quality and innovation across all outlets.
- Work closely with senior leaders to deliver commercial objectives while maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Mentor, coach and develop future talent, building a strong succession pipeline across the estate.
- Oversee food cost management, labour planning and overall kitchen performance.
- Champion the highest standards of food safety, compliance and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure access to the finest seasonal and sustainable produce, whilst minimising food miles and maximising opportunities to utilise estate-grown produce.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and strengthen Pennyhill Park's reputation as a leading culinary destination.

Person Specification
You'll be a highly accomplished Executive Chef, with a proven track record of leading large-scale culinary operations within luxury hospitality environments. You'll bring:
- Significant experience leading multi-outlet kitchen operations within luxury hotels, resorts or premium hospitality venues.
- A genuine passion for exceptional food, innovation and guest experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in managing budgets, labour costs and food GP performance.
- Outstanding leadership and people development skills, with a commitment to nurturing talent and building high-performing teams.
- The ability to inspire, motivate and influence colleagues at all levels.
- A hands-on approach combined with strong strategic thinking and operational expertise.
- An unwavering commitment to quality, consistency and excellence in every aspect of the culinary operation, whilst remaining focused on sustainability, seasonality and responsible sourcing.
