An opportunity to shape the voice of a leader in cybersecurity
Are you a natural communicator who loves turning complex ideas into compelling stories? Someone who is curious about technology, fascinated by the world of cybersecurity and excited by the opportunity to help shape how a senior leader communicates with the world?
This is a genuinely interesting opportunity for an ambitious, self-starting communications professional to work closely with an influential CEO in a business operating at the forefront of cybersecurity expertise.
Cybersecurity is an industry that matters more than ever. With AI transforming the landscape and new threats emerging all the time, there are important conversations to be had, ideas to challenge and stories that deserve to be told. You'll help bring those conversations to life, ensuring a respected industry voice reaches the right audiences with clarity, credibility and impact.
The opportunity
This is much more than a content coordination role. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the communications platform of an authentic, knowledgeable and engaging CEO, translating their ideas, perspectives and expertise into content that informs, inspires and starts conversations.
Working alongside senior marketing and communications colleagues, you'll take ownership of the content plan and oversee its delivery across written, social, video, media and speaking opportunities. From thought leadership and LinkedIn content to podcast appearances, keynote speeches and filmed interviews, you'll ensure the CEO's voice is consistent, distinctive and always true to who they are.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll be the person who connects the dots: spotting an emerging cybersecurity story worth commenting on, researching a new development in AI, recognising an opportunity to get a perspective in front of the right audience, or working with creative colleagues to turn an idea into something people genuinely want to engage with.
Some projects will be carefully planned; others may require you to think on your feet and move quickly. You'll bring structure, judgement and creativity to both.
Crucially, you'll have the autonomy to make things happen. You'll work collaboratively with writers, video producers, PR specialists and senior stakeholders, bringing people together and keeping ideas moving from initial thought to polished delivery. You'll also look at what resonates and use those insights to make the content even stronger.
Who will thrive here?
We're looking for someone with initiative, curiosity and a real passion for communication. You might come from executive communications, content marketing, journalism or PR. What's important is your ability to combine excellent writing and editorial judgement with the organisation and confidence to deliver.
You'll be someone who:
- Is naturally curious. You want to understand cybersecurity, AI and the wider technology landscape, and enjoy getting to grips with complex subjects.
- Communicates brilliantly. You're articulate, eloquent and thoughtful, with the ability to make ideas accessible without losing their meaning or credibility.
- Takes ownership. You're a self-starter who spots opportunities, asks the right questions and gets things done without waiting to be prompted.
- Builds great relationships. You're collaborative, approachable and confident working with senior people and creative specialists alike.
- Has integrity. You're honest, authentic and discreet, with the judgement to represent someone else's voice faithfully while protecting their credibility.
- Loves getting things right. You can juggle competing priorities, manage multiple projects and maintain high standards without losing sight of the bigger picture.

You'll ideally have experience coordinating content across different formats and working with PR or communications teams. Experience with video production would also be valuable, but we're particularly interested in your mindset, your communication skills and your appetite to learn.
Why consider this role?
If you want to move beyond simply producing content and play a meaningful part in shaping a leader's voice, influence and industry presence, this is an opportunity to make your mark. You'll work at the intersection of leadership, storytelling, AI and cybersecurity, in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. For someone who is curious, proactive and motivated by work that has a wider purpose, it offers plenty of scope to develop and have a genuine impact.
Interested in being part of the conversation shaping the future of cybersecurity? We'd love to hear from you.
