Executive Compensation & Board Advisory Consulting Partner / Associate Partner (APAC)
Location: Singapore
Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a leading global management consulting group as they continue to invest further in their leadership team layer in Singapore in the Exec Comp & Board Advisory Consulting space based on outstanding performance across APAC.
Reporting into key Partners in the region, this will play a critical part in building, shaping and delivering the firm’s Exec Comp & Board Advisory proposition advising boards and clients on complex exec compensation strategies.
This is a pivotal moment in the organisation’s evolution. The business has experienced rapid international expansion and continues to scale. A key mandate for this role is to lead and support both client-facing account management, project management and delivery, supported by practice areas and project teams. Similarly internal capability building is important ensuring the firm is continuously positioned at the forefront of Exec Comp consulting.
You will lead client advisory engagements spanning executive compensation & board advisory. This includes partnering with clients to redesign exec comp, advising boards and investors on performance-aligned compensation structures enable high-performance cultures.

The role is highly commercial and client-facing, requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, boards, and private equity investors. You will contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the continued evolution of the firm’s consulting offerings.
The organisation is investing significantly in data, advanced analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled platforms to enhance its advisory capabilities. You will be expected to leverage these technologies to deliver differentiated, insight-led solutions, enabling more predictive and strategic decision-making around talent, workforce planning, and rewards.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A strong track record from top-tier global consulting firm as an Executive Partner or Partner specialising in executive compensation consulting & Board Advisory.
- Former APAC experience is beneficial.

You will combine commercial acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive revenue, alongside a global mindset and experience working across multiple geographies. Given the strategic importance of Singapore as a regional hub, candidates will have prior experience living and working in Singapore, with broader exposure to international markets highly advantageous.
