Overview of the job
As Executive Director, Brand Partnerships, you will act as the commercial lead across a defined set of verticals within the UK business.
This role is responsible for driving commercial growth across your sectors through client retention, client growth, partner revenue, and new business acquisition. You will own opportunities from initial relationship development and outreach through to pitching, negotiation, and commercial progression.
You will work closely with Client Services leadership and wider cross-functional teams to ensure opportunities are onboarded sustainably, scoped responsibly, and positioned for long-term success.

This role is ideal for a highly commercial and entrepreneurial individual with strong growth instincts, excellent relationship management skills, and the ambition to progress into broader leadership responsibilities over time.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Own commercial growth across defined verticals, delivering against revenue targets through client retention, client growth, partner revenue, and new business acquisition.
- Act as the commercial lead across your designated sectors, building Influencer’s visibility, reputation, and relationships within those markets.
- Build and maintain strong senior relationships across clients, platforms, agencies, and partners within your sectors.
- Develop and maintain clear commercial and relationship growth plans across all key clients and partners within your verticals, identifying opportunities for retention, expansion, upsell, and long-term strategic growth.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, relationship development, and strategic prospecting.
- Lead commercial conversations, negotiations, pitches, and proposal development across opportunities within your verticals.
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity management across your sectors.
- Work collaboratively with Client Services leadership to ensure opportunities are scoped responsibly and aligned with operational capability and delivery quality.
- Partner closely with Strategy, Measurement, Media, Product, and Creative teams to develop compelling and commercially viable solutions for clients.
- Support the growth and visibility of Influencer within your sectors through market knowledge, relationship-building, and external representation.
- Maintain strong understanding of changes across creator marketing, platforms, media, technology, and the wider industry landscape.
- Contribute positively to the wider commercial culture of the business through collaboration, mentorship, and leadership presence.

What you will need:
- Strong commercial experience within influencer marketing, media, advertising, social, technology, or integrated agency environments.
- Proven track record driving revenue growth and developing senior client relationships.
- Strong pitching, negotiation, and commercial storytelling skills.
- Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and opportunity progression.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts and growth focus.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and platform trends.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and commercially driven approach.
- Ambition and capability to grow into broader leadership responsibilities over time.
