Executive Director – Head of Project & Development Services, EMEA - CK3564754

Location: London or Paris
Position: Executive Leadership Appointment
Salary: £450-650K package

A rare opportunity has arisen to lead and shape a major Project & Development Services (PDS) business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We are seeking an exceptional, commercially driven executive with the strategic vision, leadership capability and board-level gravitas to lead a substantial international business, drive transformational growth and strengthen its position across key markets. This is not a traditional Project Management leadership role.

The successful individual will lead a multidisciplinary business of 1,000+ professionals, with full P&L responsibility exceeding £100m, working alongside regional and global leadership to deliver ambitious growth, strengthen strategic client relationships and drive operational excellence.

The Opportunity

You will take responsibility for the strategic direction, commercial performance and continued growth of the EMEA PDS business, including:

  • Developing and executing the regional business strategy, targeting double-digit annual organic growth.
  • Leading and developing large, geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries.
  • Driving business development and strengthening relationships with major occupiers, investors, developers and corporate clients.
  • Managing regional P&L, capital allocation, investment and operational performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for market expansion, acquisitions and service diversification.
  • Working collaboratively with country leaders and global stakeholders to deliver regional and international objectives.
  • Championing innovation, digital transformation and operational excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
