Job Title
Our client is a leading international corporate and investment banking institution with a well-established presence across global financial markets. As part of its continued expansion in the Middle East, the firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Advisory leader to drive strategic client engagement, business origination, and the delivery of sophisticated financing and capital structure solutions across the region.
About the Role
This is a senior Executive Director opportunity within the Corporate Finance Advisory team, responsible for leading advisory activities across the Middle East. The role combines client origination, strategic advisory, cross-product collaboration, and team leadership to deliver complex financing, capital structure, and risk management solutions to leading corporate clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the origination and execution of corporate finance, capital structure, and financing advisory mandates across the Middle East
- Develop tailored financing, ratings advisory, risk management, and strategic solutions to meet client objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior corporate executives, boards, and key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with coverage bankers, capital markets, leveraged finance, structured finance, and other product teams to originate and execute client opportunities
- Lead the preparation and delivery of strategic client presentations, financial analyses, and advisory recommendations
- Drive regional business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm's corporate finance advisory franchise
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to a high-performing advisory team
- Monitor market developments and identify sector-specific opportunities to enhance client engagement and revenue generation

- Extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or capital markets advisory
- Strong expertise in capital structure advisory, financing solutions, credit ratings, and financial modelling
- Deep understanding of debt capital markets, leveraged finance, structured finance, and broader financing products
- Proven track record of originating and executing complex corporate finance and advisory transactions
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience advising senior executives
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business development opportunities and deliver advisory-led revenue growth
- Experience advising large corporate clients across the Middle East is highly desirable
- Ability to operate effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused environment
