Executive Director (ECE III) | S.P.L.A.S.H. Child Care Inc.
Starting Salary: $51.38/hr | Location: 5 Centres across 3 Communities

That’s why we’ve built an unmatched operational support network—including 2 Assistant Directors, 7 Team Leads, and a full Administrative, Finance, and Tech team—specifically designed to free you from routine overhead.
Instead of getting bogged down in daily administrative detail, you will focus on high-impact leadership: mentoring staff, driving HR and professional development, and shaping our future alongside a dedicated Board of Directors.

Qualifications
- ECE Level III certification.
- Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations with organization, empathy, and strategic vision.
