As Executive Director of Economy & Delivery, you will be our strategic lead for economic policy, devolution and regional influence. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Mayor and Board, you will help define Hampshire & Solent's long-term direction, leading the development of our Local Growth Plan, driving evidence-based policy and shaping the region's voice with government, investors, universities and national partners. You will also provide leadership to our delivery function, ensuring strategy remains firmly connected to outcomes and impact.
This is a role for a highly credible and intellectually curious leader who combines economic insight with political acuity and exceptional relationship-building skills. You may come from a Combined Authority, central government, economic development, academia, a think tank or a major public policy environment. What matters is your ability to navigate complexity, influence at the highest levels and articulate an ambitious vision for regional growth.
