Opportunity

At a hugely exciting time for Acamar, as we accelerate plans to extend our global reach, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, commercially astute leader to join our team as our Executive Director, Global Licensing, to succeed our cherished colleague Laura Clarke, who plans to retire at the end of 2026.

Responsibilities

This role will lead our global and regional licensing strategy, with responsibility for the global management and sales development of our locally appointed agents, as well as our internal licensing and product development teams.

Our new colleague will inspire both internal and external stakeholders first, with the leadership skill to encourage positive, constructive collaboration across our teams, and secondly with their proven and entrepreneurial mindset to grow our business. They will possess the drive and appetite to lead a successful international licensing team to maximise revenues, build and sustain brand presence, and continue to protect Bing’s longevity as a successful IP both in existing and new territories.

Reporting

Reporting directly to Mikael Shields, the Co-Founder and CEO of Acamar, this role is within the organisation’s Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be strongly aligned with Acamar’s core values, which include collaboration, creativity, honesty, diversity, inclusion and kindness.
