About R/GA

R/GA is an independent creative innovation company built for the intelligence age. We harness the power of design and technology to create more valuable experiences for people and brands. From architecting adaptive brand experiences with AI to optimising complex systems for real-world impact, we help organisations anticipate change and shape what comes next. Our teams combine craft, curiosity and technology to deliver work that drives both business and human impact.

About the Role

As the Executive Director, Growth for EMEA, you are the catalyst for our commercial momentum across the UK and Europe. This is a high-visibility, transformational leadership role built for a strategic operator who wants to push the needle, redefine our regional client portfolio, and dictate where and how R/GA wins.

You will partner directly with the EMEA Managing Director to co-own our regional go-to-market strategy and assume full accountability for its execution. Rather than just chasing volume, your focus will be on originating high-quality, high-value leads strictly aligned to our strategic ambitions and priority verticals and helping drive them through to close.

You will act as the primary bridge between Growth and Marketing. Partnering closely with the EMEA Marketing Director, you will translate deep insights into our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and establish a GTM plan with a focused audience strategy and key marketing components and measurement. By grounding this strategy in a sophisticated understanding of R/GA’s brand, products, and distinct service offerings, you will ensure our outward market presence actively fuels our pipeline.

This role offers the autonomy and mastery to drive profound commercial impact at the intersection of creativity, design, and technology.

On any given day, you might be responsible for:

Strategic Growth & GTM Architecture

  • Partner with the EMEA Managing Director and regional executive leadership to architect R/GA EMEA’s commercial agenda and regional go-to-market plan.
  • Own and shape the annual pipeline ambition for the UK and Europe, ensuring it is robust, well-diversified, and strictly aligned with regional revenue targets.
  • Continuously evaluate market shifts, emerging technology trends, and performance signals to iteratively optimize our commercial approach and GTM execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
