Executive Director, Luxury Residences

London

We are partnering with the owner of one of London’s most prestigious residential estates to appoint an exceptional senior leader to oversee the resident experience and operational performance of this landmark destination.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity within an ultra-prime environment, where discretion, judgement and an instinctive understanding of exceptional service are paramount.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have built their careers serving UHNW individuals and some of the world’s most discerning clientele. While experience within luxury residential estates would be highly relevant, we are equally keen to hear from senior leaders from five-star hotels, luxury hospitality, branded residences, private members’ clubs and other premium service environments.

You do not need to come from a traditional property management or General Manager background. What is essential is the ability to lead within an exacting, high-touch environment, build trusted relationships with residents and ownership, and understand what genuinely exceptional service looks like.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
