Role Description

The Executive Director Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, with flexibility for work-from-home opportunity. This role oversees the end-to-end marketing strategy for Rise To Thrive’s programs, events, and digital offerings, ensuring brand consistency and effective positioning in global markets. The Executive Director Marketing will collaborate closely with leadership, sales teams, and program directors to align marketing initiatives with business goals, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring marketing team members
  • Ensuring all messaging reflects the organization’s values and commitment to personal development

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, with proven experience leading strategic initiatives
  • Skills in Market Planning and Market Research, including the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Solid Sales acumen and experience aligning marketing efforts with sales targets and pipeline development
  • Experience in digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign optimization in international or multi-market environments
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
  • Background in personal development, education, coaching, or related sectors is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are beneficial
