As Executive Director of Corporate Services, this is a rare opportunity to provide strategic leadership across a broad range of services including people, communications, IT, data, performance and improvement. You will play a central role in delivering our corporate plan, strengthening organisational capability and ensuring that high-quality information, customer insight and performance data drive effective decisions and sustained improvement.

This is much more than a functional leadership position. Working in close partnership with the Chief Executive and fellow executive colleagues, you will lead transformation and change across the whole organisation, bringing people together around shared priorities and ensuring change is translated into tangible outcomes. You will strengthen programme management capability, enable cross-functional improvement, offer constructive challenge, support accountability for delivering our ambitions and help to further develop a culture where innovation, collaboration and high performance thrive.
Your professional background could be in any of the services you would lead, or in another relevant professional area. Most important will be evidence of leading organisation-wide changes across multiple functions and delivering improvements within a regulated, complex environment.

You will be an inclusive and collaborative corporate leader who combines strategic thinking with the ability to turn ambition into outcomes. Social housing experience is desirable rather than essential, and we are open to an exceptional director who is ready to step into their first executive role. You must, however, demonstrate the strategic capability, learning agility and leadership maturity needed to impact a diverse and purpose-led organisation.
