Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) is seeking an outstanding Executive Director of Finance to join our Board and help shape the future of healthcare services across Calderdale, Kirklees and the wider West Yorkshire system.

About the Role

As a member of the Executive team, our Executive Director of Finance will provide strategic leadership for the Trust's financial strategy, financial management, procurement and contracting functions, supporting the delivery of our ambitious strategic objectives while ensuring long term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Trust's financial strategy, financial management, procurement and contracting functions
  • Support the delivery of ambitious strategic objectives
  • Ensure long term financial sustainability
  • Work closely with colleagues across the Trust, West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, NHS England, and partner organizations
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the overall leadership of the Trust
  • Help shape care delivery across the wider health and care system
