Executive Director of Growth, Assets and Compliance

Salary: £134,500
Location: Staffordshire

About the Role

As Executive Director of Growth, Assets and Compliance, this is an opportunity to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio which encompasses asset management, repairs and maintenance, property compliance, health and safety, sustainability and growth. You will lead a proactive, intelligence-led approach to strategic asset management, strengthening data and assurance, improving performance and shaping future investment and sustainability plans.

You will also shape our growth strategy. Growth will include acquisitions, partnership working across Staffordshire, opportunities to manage or acquire homes and securing suitable properties that support services delivered by the Group’s charitable subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across asset management, repairs and maintenance, property compliance, health and safety, sustainability and growth.
  • Lead a proactive, intelligence-led approach to strategic asset management.
  • Strengthen data and assurance, improve performance and shape future investment and sustainability plans.
  • Shape our growth strategy, including acquisitions, partnership working, managing or acquiring homes, and securing suitable properties.

Requirements

  • Accomplished senior property leader with substantial strategic asset management experience.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and property safety.
  • Must have led strategic asset activity and demonstrate Board-level and regulatory credibility.
  • Horizon scanning skills to identify and address emerging risks.
  • Customer-focused and highly collaborative approach.
  • Ability to balance empathy and support with clear accountability for delivering agreed outcomes.
