Our client is seeking an outstanding Executive Director of People & Culture to join their Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in their journey to be exceptional. As a strategic leader, you will develop and deliver a People & Culture strategy that enables a high-performing workforce and an exceptional student experience. You will lead the HR function, work closely with the Principal and governors, and champion organizational development, staff engagement, and wellbeing.

You will bring experience of working at executive or board level and a proven track record in leading people strategy, HR delivery, or organizational development in a similarly complex environment.
