Our client is seeking an outstanding Executive Director of People & Culture to join their Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in their journey to be exceptional. As a strategic leader, you will develop and deliver a People & Culture strategy that enables a high-performing workforce and an exceptional student experience. You will lead the HR function, work closely with the Principal and governors, and champion organizational development, staff engagement, and wellbeing.
